Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via fast courier so the package will be delivered to you within 2 – 5 days from dispatch. You will also receive an email containing the parcel’s tracking number.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

The shipping fee depends on the quantity ordered and the destination address. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide, however there are some countries with different laws and regulations on the importation and distribution of our products. Consequently, we have certain shipping restrictions on a number of products that we know to be illegal in the country in which the restriction is in place. As we are not legal specialists we insist for all customers to check the legality of the product before placing any order. If by any chance your order does not arrive within 21 business days you will qualify for 1 free reship.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery times :

We offer a number of delivery options for you when you purchase items on our website and delivery times vary depending on which option you select.

• Free Shipping: Available only for US and Europe orders – Unknown delivery time. 3-5 working days
• Regular shipping: Available for orders to other countries than the United States and EU countries – Delivery takes 2-7 working days. Cost min $25.00
• Express Delivery – Delivery takes 2-3 working days for the United States and Europe’s orders, and 3-5 working days for orders to other countries. Cost $40.00 – $60.00
• Express Overnight – Same day Delivery. Cost min $80.00 – $120.00

Note that the shipping cost depends also on the overall weight of your package.

Packaging

We ship all orders using discreet plain packaging along with tracking numbers. Our packages require a supplied signature upon arrival of the shipment and are trackable in detail to the delivery address. For wholesale orders shipping is free of charge.

In fact, we make sure that all our products are packaged inside silver foil bags which are heat sealed to protect the contents of your order. These are doubled packaged inside an ultra-strong and durable Jiffy envelope which is then taped at both ends to avoid any unwanted or accidental opening of the parcel in transit. We do our utmost to ensure that your package is delivered safe and sound without any damage and where necessary we may also add an extra layer of bubble wrap around your products to keep them safe. The outer packaging is plain, simple, and discreet with absolutely no branding or reference to where the parcel may have been sent from. We always make sure that the correct postage has been paid and this will clearly be displayed on the front of your parcel when it arrives.

We use mostly USPS, FedEx, DHL, or EMS services for the shipment of your order. Wholesale orders can take 3 – 6 days depending on the country. Please note these times are not guaranteed by us.
